Hopkinson House is a 33-story, high-rise condominium building located in historic Society Hill built in 1963. The building consist  of condominium  units ranging from efficiency to three-bedroom  and features amenities for tenants such as  lobby-level retail and office spaces, rooftop pool and underground parking garage and Laundromat.

Since 2005, PCS Engineering has provided ongoing engineering service to upgrade original building systems.  Projects are prioritized based on adding efficiency and energy cost reduction meeting approval by owners association. Projects completed to date include: boiler plant study and resulting  up-grade project and construction administration, residential HVAC alterations and up-grade,  residential lobby, retail stores  and management office alterations, parking garage ventilation, Rooftop pool piping study, design and replacement alteration project.
