Robert Butakis
Project Contract Administrator / Owner's Representative
Mr. Butakis performs project administration during the construction phase for PCS Engineering.
Bob conducts site visits, attends job meetings, prepares meeting minutes, prepares AIA Contract documents, reviews submittals and carefully reviews contractor payment applications.
Bob takes charge of projects from inception to final punch list review. He is an expert liaison as an owner’s representative to job site manager.
EXPERIENCE
Bob spent most of his 47 year career working with a large Philadelphia Area Mechanical Contractor.
He has been involved in many aspects of the industry including complete layouts of machine rooms, installation of chillers, pumps, VAV Box’s, cabinet heaters, chiller beams, boilers, condensers, air handlers and so much more.
Bob has had the privilege of working on many of the high rise buildings in the Philadelphia Metro area. Including:
